What a shame! But, that\u2019s who we\u2019ve become! Less human, more geeky!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1284 size-full\" title=\"social media viral threads\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-3.webp\" alt=\"social media viral threads\" width=\"978\" height=\"546\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">These people exploit our emotions and use the <strong>social media<br \/>\naccounts<\/strong> for their marketing benefits, and we get lured into their trap of funny or heartfelt responses<br \/>\nusually label them according to that one tweet.<\/p>\n<p>E.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/world-news\/love-in-the-time-of-internet-tinder-couple-to-finally-meet-after-three-years-after-twitter-intervenes\/story-MNlKiICn00M391abPOCQHJ.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Giving the Tinder couple a date to Hawaii<\/a>, <strong>Tinder<\/strong> spent something<br \/>\naround 2-3 lacs and got around Billions in return.<\/p>\n<p>How? You tell me. When that incident unfolded on <strong>social media<\/strong>, everybody was talking about the couple<br \/>\non every platform and it got so many <strong>RTs<\/strong> and <strong>FAVs<\/strong> that the guy at Tinder thought it\u2019s<br \/>\ngood to intervene and make some money out of their love story.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">And we who are already stubborn turned out to be hellishly stupid as well and<br \/>\nthought how good guy Tinder really is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">That\u2019s how it goes, always!<\/p>\n<h3>What should we do?<\/h3>\n<p>We should immediately stop paying attention to such threads and start working towards eradicating poverty and social<br \/>\ninjustice.<\/p>\n<h3>Where\u2019s fun in that?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">You might feel for some time that you are significant, and your worthless soul is<br \/>\ndeserving to have roamed 33 crores parallel universes to being born in this one, and also you are making a difference<br \/>\nand helping with the cause of humanity.<\/p>\n<p>However, the truth is we all love problems to deal with!<\/p>\n<h3>Who wants a boring, dull and happy life?<\/h3>\n<p>No one! So, when our bigger problems are dealt with, we go out and hunt for new problems using a straight face in the<br \/>\nface of society.<\/p>\n<p><em style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">(Aww. How good of a person he is to work towards the welfare of this<br \/>\nsociety!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>That sounds fascinating, right?<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">So, at the end of the day, all we do is just for that damn attention, and we can<br \/>\nundertake any false motives to get there. So, coming back to the point, we can\u2019t really blame that Tinder guy for<br \/>\ndoing what he\u2019s supposed to.<\/p>\n<p>But, what we can do is not getting too sappy and teary eyed about such incidents.<\/p>\n<p>No matter how catchy these social media threads use for the story, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvcj.com\/man-tweeted-asked-cheaper-ola-uber-ola-replied-won-hearts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reply from Ola that won our hearts and proved that humanity is still alive<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Fuck that; all they did was just to help some deaf guys roam around the city on<br \/>\nthe cost of mere thousands, which resulted in saving them Crores on advertisements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Who\u2019s smart now? Dumbass!<\/p>\n<p>Ok, I won\u2019t pull the plug from now on and let you decide it for yourself!<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s start with something sweet, sexy and scary.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Kit Kat<\/h3>\n<p>Ok, I get it. Kit-Kat is sweet, Kit Kat is sexy but how is it scary?<\/p>\n<p>For you maybe not, but for us it is. I\u2019ll tell you why!<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">One day a guy decided to left his car unlocked, and a thief decided to take<br \/>\nadvantage of it. So, he\/she broke in and decided to hijack his Kat-Kat which was begging for someone\u2019s attention from<br \/>\nthe past several hours. Amazing thing is the thief only took Kit-Kat and even left a sorry note. Read it yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1286 size-full\" title=\"Kit-Kat is sweet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-6.webp\" alt=\"Kit-Kat is sweet\" width=\"978\" height=\"684\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the thief would have been a little bit better at his job, the guy wouldn\u2019t have got over 1.5 lac <strong>RTs<\/strong><br \/>\nand 4.8 lac <strong>Favs<\/strong> and we here wouldn\u2019t have been discussing about how that tweet came into attention of<br \/>\n<strong>Hershey&#8217;s<\/strong> (parent company of Kit-Kat) and contacted the guy to send a guy with a truckload of Kit-Kats<br \/>\nto be scattered inside his car.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t believe? See for yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1287 size-full\" title=\"KitKat\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-7.webp\" alt=\"KitKat\" width=\"978\" height=\"685\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Look at the fucker\u2019s face when he counted the Kit-Kats, and they came out to be<br \/>\nroughly around 6500. Sleazy Bastard!<\/p>\n<p>Ok, I take that back. We shouldn\u2019t call him that as he doesn\u2019t know what game Kit-Kat has played here.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Let\u2019s do the math, 1 Kit-Kat roughly costs around 20 bucks. So, 20 x 6500 + 1000<br \/>\n(delivery) + 100 (time wasted on contacting as time is money) = 131100 approx.<\/p>\n<p>(All in Rupees, I live in India!)<\/p>\n<p>And the return they got? After almost 1 year, this thread is on my no.1 position.<\/p>\n<p>You know the deal with me and quality! (I too exploit the emotions bdw.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Oh, I forgot. How\u2019s that scary? Imagine you put your hearts into making an ad for<br \/>\npast 1 month and some random guy does this, and the job\u2019s done!<\/p>\n<p>SO, FUCK YOU BROTHER!<\/p>\n<h3>2. Oh come on, who cares! All I wanted to show is that because of<br \/>\ntheir nuisance, Tinder got benefited.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah, actually! Oh, come on, don\u2019t get me too sappy! Maybe they<br \/>\ndidn\u2019t have time, like really!<\/p>\n<p>So anyway, Tinder thought to intervene and gave them a chance to travel whatever place they like, and they have 24 hours<br \/>\nto decide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">FYI they went to Hawaii; for all the creeps who think that can happen to them as<br \/>\nwell, hahahahaha.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Ola<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">Ola, an Indian company, so I wouldn\u2019t give too much attention and words to it as I<br \/>\nknow your obsession with <em>\u201cEnglish\u201d<\/em> names.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1289 size-full\" title=\"Ola Twitter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-10.webp\" alt=\"Ola Twitter\" width=\"978\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Look at the conversation; you\u2019ll get the idea.<\/p>\n<p>(Oh, come on! I\u2019ve mentioned about <strong>Ola<\/strong> before. Please refer above, I\u2019m a patriotic Indian by heart,<br \/>\nno?)<\/p>\n<h3>4. JCPenney<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">February 2, 2014. The day of Super Bowl 2014 when the American departmental chain<br \/>\nstarted tweeting like their account has been hacked by an Indian, like typical one. (e.g. Meena boy anyone?)<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t believe, see the tweets yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1290 size-full\" title=\"JCPenney\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-11.webp\" alt=\"JCPenney\" width=\"978\" height=\"1290\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Well, people might create rumors as they purposefully posted such drunk tweets with <em>\u201cmittens\u201d<\/em> to support<br \/>\n<strong>USA Mittens<\/strong> ahead of the Winter Olympics.<\/p>\n<p>You shouldn\u2019t believe on such rumors as they don\u2019t wanna tell you that their account was <strong>hacked by an Indian<br \/>\nhacker<\/strong> just like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-india-leak-idUSKCN1AV20W\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Game of thrones this year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">However, Snickers and Kia Motors Tweeted like they don\u2019t miss a damn opportunity<br \/>\nof selling. (Give the guy a fucking break you people, being drunk has its own advantages)<\/p>\n<h3>5. Oreo and Kit-Kat<\/h3>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">This is the best one where it felt quite heartfelt resting aside all the stupid<br \/>\npolicies of marketing, like genuinely.<\/p>\n<p>A published author, <strong>Laura Ellen<\/strong> tweeted this:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1291 size-full\" title=\"Oreo and Kit-Kat Twitter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-14.webp\" alt=\"Oreo and Kit-Kat Twitter\" width=\"978\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After that <strong>Kit-Kat<\/strong> got all charged up (due to her tweet or they are always charged up even during<br \/>\n<em>\u201cbreaks\u201d<\/em>) and decided to have fun with Oreo by challenging them for a game of <strong>Tic-Tac-Toe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1292 size-full\" title=\"Tic-Tac-Toe\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-15.webp\" alt=\"Tic-Tac-Toe\" width=\"978\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To which, the reply from Oreo won our hearts, like genuinely.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1293\" src=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/mauke-pe-chauka-16.webp\" alt=\"mauke-pe-chauka-16\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">They could have played along using zero as the cookie. Instead, they decided to<br \/>\ncompliment Kit-Kat by showing some respect to their slogan (i.e. <em>\u201chave a break, have a kit-kat\u201d<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Didn\u2019t get it? They cut the cross and used <strong>#GiveOreoABreak<\/strong> as a hashtag to spread love for even the<br \/>\ncompetitors.<\/p>\n<p>(PS: Totally rooting for Oreo after this.)<\/p>\n<p>(This hashtag was in trend for quite some time which is why we won\u2019t shy away from linking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artattackk.com\/blog\/are-hashtags-the-social-media-equivalent-of-televisions-breaking-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">are hashtags the social media equivalent of breaking news?<\/a> )<\/p>\n<h3>6. Again Oreo<\/h3>\n<p>Since I have already expressed my love for <strong>Oreo<\/strong>, I would back up my argument with another instant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">During 2013\u2019s Super Bowl, a blackout did happen, and Oh Boy, you gotta give it to<br \/>\nOreo this time. Taco Bell<\/h3>\n<p><em style=\"background-color: #80ff80;\">People always say, save the best for the last! <\/em><\/p>\n<p>I think this one right here just fulfilled the above criteria.<\/p>\n<p>It is genuinely not-digestible that <strong>Taco Bell<\/strong> which is known for its witty replies could not have lent<br \/>\na place in this list. people.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it, and if you want to get too sappy over some of <strong>\u201csupposedly\u201d<\/strong> heartfelt replies, I wish you all<br \/>\nthe luck in the
